2011 Operations Survey (members-only access)

CEO's 2011 Operations Survey is a bi-annual publication benchmarking salaries and other operational metrics for chambers across the province. 74 chambers participated in this survey, which members may purchase and download. Ontario's Violence and Harassment Legislation Requires Policy

Ontario's new Violence and Harassment legislation came into effect June 12th, 2010.
